The content of all the pages on the site appears twice

Please urgent help, I have a problem on the site, all pages are double, when I scroll the page down, when it ends it starts again without the header and footer,
I tried turning off the plugins and it didn’t help

It looks like your site is on the self-hosted WordPress.org. This is different from WordPress.com which is being supported here. These are two different systems. You can learn more about their differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
I would suggest asking for help at the WordPress.org forums instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
