Hi I am trying to get a refund on a template I bought and it comes up with the following…
“User or Token does not have access to specified site”
As I seem to get no joy from sending a support ticket and also cannot get hold of a happiness engineer I am asking in here for a member of staff to sort it for me please.The blog I need help with is http://www.cannytomato.com

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Yes I know all this, I know exactly where to go to cancel the theme but all I get is this “User or Token does not have access to specified site”
So again I ask for support to help please. -
That usually means that another username account purchased the upgrade. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

No it was not done with a different username. thanks for replies but will wait for suppprt to sort it.
