Take down website from ex-vendor (Continuity)

Hi, it’s a continuity from this conversation (since it’s being marked as closed, I couldn’t ask further).
We want to confirm, we tried to fill the account recover form, but we didn’t have that transaction ID. Is it possible to take this website down even we don’t have any credentials related to that? Since we couldn’t contact our ex-vendor until now, hence we don’t know anything related to that. But, if your team need more details about “business ownership”, we could provide it. Currently our business line and its main website is shut down until further notice.

Ask whoever set up the site to give you the password and then log in with the username pengirimandarichinakeindonesia

WordPress.com has a very strict policy regarding giving access to a site or taking a site down on demand. There is no way round, but you’ll have to proof one way or another you are the rightfull owner.
