Support has changed?
-
Good afternoon,
I’m trying to contact support, but whenever I write something as input for support, there’s no answer, and there’s not even a bot saying hit or something, the screen is just white and empty, something’s wrong here, something’s changed, there’s no more live support, email and other options displaying, something’s broken in my WordPress?
Regards,

There are many people visiting this forum. Perhaps as staff seem busy you could post the issues you are facing right here. You might have had a solution days ago. However I see the thread is tagged with “modlook” so posting here again will only move you to the back of the queue.

Hey @crinlorite,
You can reach support by selecting Help in the upper right-hand corner and choosing Still Need Help?. This will connect you with our Bot assistant Wapuu. You can also reach support directly on our help page here by choosing Contact Support. We are currently receiving higher than normal volume, but we will do our best to assist you as quickly as we can.
Can you tell us more about what you need assistance with? We would be happy to assist you here in the forums.
Thanks!

It’s just my website is broken, when I click on contact support, I write anything and there’s no answer, I must head to help wordpress site to get a bot answer and then get the answers, I’ve been with no free time to use that option neither these days, too much life, work, kids, time drained by all activities, I’ll try to reach happiness engineer through the Helpdesk in WordPress.com instead from my site since it’s not working.
Thanks.

Seems they’re making changes on WordPress.com support, can’t reach support from inside the site, need to go to wordpress.com or hosted site wordpress.com/hostedsite or something like that, been days without the ability to contact support and not a single advise from WordPress about the changes they’ve been making…
