I know I went there cause I found the link on the FAQ, but when I went to the manage purchases link, it said I don’t have any word press sites. However I know that I got charge for the “domain” today. And am not sure if it is an automatic payment for the WP plans etc.. I don’t mind about keeping my Domain. But don’t want to continue on WP.
Also when I go to Billing History.. there is nothing! -
How many usernames accounts do you have?
What is the URL starting with http:// of the domain in question please? -
I think I only have the “annejambor” username, but then I am not sure if the “herminephotoandtravel” isn’t one. (I did sign in both) and I don’t have anything in both (on the Manage your purchases)

I think what you want to do is deactivate your account. If I am correct read on.
Here’s how to deactivate your account:

SO I finally found the username/ email that I used. (email visible only to moderators and staff) but same as the other one, it doesn’t have any billing history (but I have the receipt via email from last year). So I guess it seem like I am not going to be renewed (there is no credit card on file). And since the domain renewal was charge today, I am thinking that it will be mine for another year or so!) It this correct?

The domain herminephotoandtravel.com is owned by the user herminephotoandtravel and it was renewed yesterday for another year.
If you wish to cancel any of the upgrades under that account you must log-in with the corresponding username and reply to this forum thread, or submit a ticket at:

It seem like I am unable to even use the herminephotoandtravel.com domain for my new provider. I am just confused. I tried to go onto the link and it seem like it goes to the forum question again. So .. I am just confused. What is the “upgrades” under my account? I just tried to log in and see what was on the account etc.. It’s like It never existed! Pretty annoying if you are asking me!

I see that you’re posting from another account (herminephotoandtravel251017). But still, this is not the account that owns herminephotoandtravel.com.
As I already said, the WordPress.com account that owns the domain is herminephotoandtravel. You need to log-in into that account if you want to manage your domain.
