SUBSCRIBER PROBLEM

  • A person has emailed me to say she is no longer receiving emails about new blog posts. Both she and I have attempted to re-enter her email address to get it back up and running and I’ve done it two different ways:

    Via the public option to “follow by email” and by using the blog dashboard for me entering new subscribers.

    Each time I did it, I was told there was a snag and to contact you. All help, gratefully received!
