stylish widget BORDER unfinished at its top

    Hello,

    I am in love with widget’s BORDER STYLE that is “NOT CLOSED” at the top of the border & displays the widget’s title in this “gap” – such as “Writee” free WP theme has (and other themes), click to see the example: https://im.ge/i/lSw6K.

    I have some experiences but I am not an expert, and I am unsuccessfull to discover HOW TO CREATE A BORDER IN THIS STYLE. How can I implement this stylish element to the existing (premium) WP theme I am about to buy, which has no borders around its widgets. Can someone please help?
