  Can you help me understand the strange surge in followers all from outlook.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is a known issue with spam followers. WordPress.COM staff are working on a solution, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/spam-followers-15/.
  As annoying as it might be to get notices of bogus followers, our sites are not at risk.

  I see you’ve also posted in a couple of other threads on this topic and I’ve pointed you to this Staff reply with further information https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/spammy-follows-from-outlookcom-email-addresses/#post-3092975 But the bottom line is Staff are removing these followers on your site behind the scenes so you don’t have to.
