Never post personal info as a phone number on a public forum, unless you want to be flooded by spammers. Anyhow, wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support so anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress is a fraude.
You find all of our paid plans and their features at https://wordpress.com/pricing/. regarding a business , youu probably need the Business Plan or eCommerce.
