Sticky Post not at top

  I noticed that my 1st post which is checked sticky (tab orange) is at the bottom. All my other posts are NOT checked sticky.
  I would like to have this 1st post locked at the top, why isn’t it working?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Disregard, for some reason I opened by blog again and it works.
