  I can’t seem to figure out how to create a static header.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Set up information for the Big Brother theme can be found on its Showcase page here: https://wordpress.com/themes/big-brother/

  In general, you can upload a custom header through the Customizer.
