SPUN theme: widgits not showing on front page
-
I can’t seem to get Widgets to appear on my front page (SPUN theme). I’m wondering if I blocked them by adding css to remove the “Older Posts” lozenge and plus (+) sign that was at the bottom? Thanks for any help in advance!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The plus sign is what expands to reveal the widget area. You can see this at work on the demo site. https://spundemo.wordpress.com/
Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to assist you with any CSS changes, so please wait for another forum volunteer or staff member that can.

@justjennifer: thank you for replying. That’s what I thought. I couldn’t seem to figure out how to hide just the “older posts” lozenge on its own without including the plus sign.
Or perhaps there may be a way to make the widgets show all the time? I really don’t think people would know or think to click on the plus sign to reveal them.
I will wait and see if anyone can help out the the css. Thanks again!

You’re welcome.
Here’s a previous CSS Customization forum thread exactly on this topic. See if the replies from justpi and tsp don’t work for you:
