If you’re using plugins, you’re in the wrong forum – try WordPress.org – this is the W.com forum

He’s talking about the WordPress.com Stats plugin and the same thing is happening to me. Must be having problems today.
-
@jabbaonthedais: Androtto said he “deleted and reinstalled” the plugin. How can you delete and renistall a plugin on WP.com?

The same problem is happening with me. every time I request to dashboard.wordpress.com. It returns me with 302 header to mysite as a result I cannot access my profile to get API key.

Same here. The whole thing is blowed up. Exact issue as androtto.
I even tried reverting to an old version. Lost my API key and can’t get it back.
Great plugin….

glad i’m not alone. I have several blogs and no matter which one I log into the site stats asks me to login to the same one. and the wordpress . com site no matter what link I click on it redirects me to the same blog login page. so something is going on for sure.

I have a .ORG site that uses the WordPress.COM stats Plug-in – this morning the .ORG site is flaky in the Dashboard (jumping around, and display goofed up) and the when I clicked on the link to Stats got the log-in etc. But I have the site set to display the Stats when I am logged in at WordPress.com (can’t remember how I did that) and the Stats display fine here. So my best I am not a web programmer guess is that the WordPress.com Stats site is sending out some junk data in the data stream that is messing up the display.

Same problem for all of my blogs, I’m receiving the calls from the paranoid customers that can’t like without checking out their stats every five minutes — Actually, I must admit that this is a very annoying trouble. Hope the WPCOM guys fix the bug very soon. Bye ;)
-
Yeh – same problem I having with all my blogs… and for the folks complaining, keep in mind the WP-Stats is tied back to a WordPress.com API key and is all maintained here. Someone working the stats stuff sure goofed a big one on this.
-
same here. very annoying. when I try to log in, its not associating with the wordpress.com login info (username and password), instead its bouncing back, asking for my admin login for the actual blog.
hope someone squares this away shortly.
-
furthermore, when I click on “edit profile” on the wordpress.com site, it bounces me to my admin page on my blog…which is at its own domain.
hope this addressed henceforth.

Wp.com is refusing to acknowledge I exist! Userid & passwords are gone. Please fix ASAP.

Same here. I have a self-hosted blog on a .ca domain. I can login to my dashboard fine, but stats is requesting my login an additional time. The status doesn’t change even if I try.
On a similar note – I tried logging into that stats login using my wordpress.com username/password, but it won’t take the login.

All my stats are propagating from one blog. Better yet, none of my login passwords work. Ticked off. Have a partner bouncing off walls here!
