    Hi, please can you help to restore my site?
    The plan was renewed but the content was not restored.

    I checked your website – smbti.wordpress.com and it seems like you upgraded it to the wrong plan. Your website used to have the Creator plan, but you purchased the Explorer plan.

    There’s a big difference between the two plans. The plan you used to have, the Creator plan, can install plugins and themes and has a backup and restore feature. The Explorer plan doesn’t have any of these, so it cannot be restored to the previous version before your Creator plan expired.

    It shows that your Creator plan expired 10 days ago, so we still have your old site’s backup when you upgrade back to the Creator plan. We store backups of expired sites up to 14 days.
