Site backup recover

    Hi,

    I previously worked on my site on a free trial and when it ended it informed me to purchase the creator plan within 30 days to recover my site. I have purchased the plan but I am unable to recover my site. Could you please help.

    Hi @stanleyjeram!

    We just sent you a reply via email, it should be all good now. It may take a few hours after a plan is restored to the site for the backups to be made available again, so it seems like that is exactly what happened here.
