  Hi, Im wanting to make my Arcade theme site have the same set up as the one here http://demos.bavotasan.com/arcade/ with the page options below the jumbo headline but i just cannot figure out how to do it.
  Could someone please help?

  PS My old blog URL is coming up below here and I cannot find how to change it to my current one and Im unable to post without having the old blog URL there.

  That is a WordPress.ORG blog, not a WordPress.COM blog, and you need to be in their forums for help with that.
