    Is there a way to search on the site using key words? Sifting through the archives is time consuming.

    Hi,

    Yes, for example there are search fields, aka “search boxes,” at the top of the posts page, the category and tags pages, the media library, the comments page (in WP-Admin). Just click on the magnifying glass icon (see in image below) to open the search field in each case, and then enter the keyword or keywords of your search. Enclose multiple term keyword searches within quotes.

    You may also add a search box/field to any post, page, or widget area on your site with the Search Block.
