  Hello, Is there a way to upload contact lists (gmail, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to see which of my friends already have blogs on wordpress with urls to their sites?

  No, I’m sorry there is not. The e-mail address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier. Staff will not reveal those email addresses as doing so would be a breach of privacy.
