Russell Theme: Navigation menu; number of posts showing; thumbnail photos same

    I need assistance with some basics. 1) My home page shows just the 6 latest posts, rather than all of them or the 10 per page that I have chosen; and there is no link to the missing posts; 2) No navigation tools. I went to appearance>customize>menus, and I thought I added a menu that lists every post, but nothing shows up. Right now there is no way for readers to navigate my blog; at least I would like a “next page” link; 3) The same photo shows for every post thumbnail. I would like each post thumbnail to show a photo unique to that post. Thank you.
