restoring my website

My website plan did not renew in time so WordPress cancelled my site. I did not know this was going to happen, so I repaid my plan when I saw this and now my site is no longer live. I tried to back it up from Jetpack and it said it successfully did, but my site still cannot be access by the public. I am also getting notifications to reconnect to Jetpack even though I already backed up my site. What is happening and how can I fix it?
