restoring from backed up SQL Database – please help, you’re my only hope

I’m using 1and1.com
The sql database (it’s 4.0) accidently got deleted (accidentally means I clicked the wrong thing and than died a little)
I called 1and1
they saved it from propegating and retrieved my databaseI have the sql dump BUT I had to make a new database to import it to
I imported it
I updated the config. php with the new infoBUT
when I go to the blog it asks me to set up a new site (the wordpres famous 5 minute install)
Is this right I’m TERRIFIED that I’ll do this and it’ll overwrite all my info
is there any hope
please please please I’ll be forever in the persons debt who can help me!
