@developer79
All responsive width themes are listed here > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/responsive-width/
Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
If you are using a responsive width theme then go here > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme. -
Thank you so much.

@developer79
The blog is private so Volunteers cannot view it and this thread like all of your previous threads is now tagged for Staff attention. -
@ developer79, right now you have the mobile theme enabled for your site. You can disable the mobile theme by going to Appearance > Mobile in your dashboard and clicking “No” next to “Enable mobile theme.” This will allow you to use the responsive Bouquet theme for your site on mobile devices. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!
@ robertsjo, the Toolbox theme has been retired. You can continue using it, but you may want to switch to a newer theme to get the best experience for your site. If you have additional questions about this, please start a new forum thread with your questions. Thanks!

You cannot access and edit any of the HTML or PHP code underlying your free hosted WordPress.com blog. I have told you this is another thread.
Does the Custom Design upgrade let me edit HTML?
No. The Custom Design upgrade allows you to edit fonts and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup, PHP code, or content. If you require this functionality, please consider moving your blog to a web host that supports theme code modifications, suitable hosts can be found here. http://get.wp.com/hosting/ Read more about why here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you want to access and edit HTML and PHP then you do that on your self hosted WordPress.ORG install, which we do not provide support for here at WordPress.com.There are no upgrades that you can purchase for this or for any other purpose from WordPress.com that can be purchased on any time payment plans. All upgrades must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

You can add custom CSS on your WordPress.com site with the Custom Design upgrade. If you’d like, you can try it out before purchasing the upgrade by going to Appearance > Customize in your dashboard.
For self-hosted WordPress.org sites, you can get help in the WordPress.org support forums here:
