Resetting details for a locked out account

    I have another account under the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the site (email visible only to moderators and staff), and I did not realise that I accidentally gave the wrong address. My actual email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), meaning I’ve never received an authentication ID. So I have no idea how to get into the account. When ever I tried to reset my details some other person with my name probably gets sent them. Just in order to get support from WordPress I’ve had to create another account. Is there any way I can get hold of my website, or at the very least have it taken down if I can’t?
