Request for refund

    Hi, i’d like to request for a refund for the plan purchase i have made – it is only now i have realised i need to pay about $500 to be able to install a plugin which will connect the WordPress site to my SquareUp profile. Unfortunately this is too expensive for me. I am currently going through a financially challenging time, and a refund will be much appreciated and will be more suitable as wordpress will not be usable and has not been usable for me, without having to pay an extra $500 for the plugin feature

    In looking at the account associated with the site you mentioned, I don’t see any active subscriptions. Are you referring to something you purchased through WordPress.com or another service? I’m not familiar with SquareUp, as it’s a third-party service and we’re unable to offer support for it. Any details you can provide would be helpful so we can find the charge you’re referring to.
