Remove ":tag" and ":category" from title page

  I am using the Apostrophe 2 theme, and I want to know how to remove the “:tag” and “:category: from pages, so it only says the tag or category name.

  Hi there, that requires custom CSS which is available under the Pro plans or Legacy Premium and Business plans.
