Relationship between tags and search engines

    Can someone explain if there is a relationship between the tags you select for a post and how search engines pick up the post? For instance, if I write a post about a Chevy Van and select the tag “Conversion Vans” will Google show the post in a search for “Conversion Vans” even if I don’t use the phrase in the post itself?

    Yes. Because you’ve added the word “Conversion Vans” to your post.

    Google doesn’t know where your post stops. It looks at the entire page.
