  Hi

  A Domain mapping upgrade has been renewed by itself. I want to cancel this and want refund.

  Status : Renewing -> Should I cancel it in dashboard. And where should I apply for refund

  Please help

  Hi,

  I missunderstood my blog designer and thought she meant to buy the Premium upgrade, which I did, but I cannot use it with her design. How do I cancel this order (paid through Paypal about 5 minutes ago).

  @gaurab27 – I just voided that payment for you. It may look like this money was already taken from your account, but it should return within a week.

  @thedivafarmer – I just cancelled and refunded your purchase. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
