    Hello, please refund and cancel domain transfer for me.

    there is no cancel domain button in domain purchase setting for me, please do it yourself

    Hi there,

    The domain transfer for trenzity.com is already in the pending_registry status. This means that it cannot be cancelled on this end, it can only be cancelled at the current domain provider (which appears to be Shopify, in this case).

    If you cancel it on that end, it should automatically be cancelled and refunded here, which will then be reflected in your Billing History.
