Refund

  • I cancelled my plan and domain on 1st May 2024 and can see this confirmed in my Purchases. I didn’t realise at the time that the payment details on the account were linked to my old card, which has since expired. I’ve updated the details on the account but the refund still hasn’t come through. I’ve tried to contact your support team but it just keeps taking me through to the same page. Please can someone help me? Many Thanks.
