    Can you tell me why I didn’t get a full refund? I paid $50.88 and was refunded 38.88.

    Hi there!

    When you purchased the WordPress.com Starter plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain shannyfarms.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

    I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that remaining $12 back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
