    Hi,

    I cancelled my plan but it seems that it only gave a partial refund and there is still a charge of CAD $30.51 on my credit card. Can I get a refund for this? Thank you very much.

    I have processed that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
