  I can’t refund my purchase although it’s stated there that WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  Your plan has already been canceled and refunded, you should be able to see the details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  In some cases, when a refund was made right after the purchase, you will not see a separate refund listed on your bank statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
