    Hi,

    It looks like you filed a dispute with your financial institution. Once that happens, the refund is out of our control. Your bank will release the funds to you when they have finished their investigation.

    If you cancel the dispute, then I can help by processing a refund for you. Otherwise, I would encourage you to contact your bank and ask them what the status of the dispute is.
