Refund
-
Hi I want to get a refund for domain hosting, it says I can if I apply in the next 2 days but supports down for 3 days! Will I still be able to get one?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can send the mail to your domain hosting provider and update them regarding the down time of there site and request them for the refund.
-
Actually forget what I said and do as thewebhostingdir suggests and contact your hosting provider. WordPress.COM has nothing to do with it.
-
@michael4214-If your blog is hosted on WordPress.COM, Support will be returning on September 7, but put your request in anyway.
@thewebhostingdir- for those of us blogging on WordPress.COM, WordPress.COM is our provider. You must be confusing this forum with WordPress.ORG, which is an entirely different thing.

@michael4214 I don’t see a domain registration associated with your account. Were you looking for a refund on the domain mapping upgrade?

FYI, we’ll be monitoring forums. Feel free to tag anything like this modlook to get our attention.

No, I bought the thing that makes my site show the blog from wordpress. And I cant get a support in be cause all it gives me is the message saying support is closed.
-
@michael4214 Shot you an email.
FYI for others, the 2 day refund is only for domain registrations, not for mapping a domain that is already registered. All other upgrades have a 30 day refund period.

Hi,
I have a similar dilemma. I mistakenly purchased mapping to another domain with a $10 credit I purchased, and was actually meaning to apply that $10 credit to my other wordpress I’m working on right now (www.ememories.wordpress.com). Would it be at all possible to transfer that credit to my other account and remove it from this one? I set it up just a few hours ago…
Thanks!
best,

When staff get back, they should be able to take care of that request for you. Send in a support request when they open it up again would be my suggestion.
