  how i can reduce the text under the site like ” Blog at WordPress.com.The Imbalance 2 Theme. 2″?
  I need to make it smaller then it is.

  Here’s the code that’ll let you adjust its size:

  #site-info {
      font-size: 12px;
  }

  However, please do note that you’re not allowed to remove these footer credits as per WordPress.com policy. Modifying its style and size is fine, as long as the text is readable.
