    Hello. I can’t seem to redeem my domain—I do not see the option to renew it on my purchases page and I would really appreciate finding a way to get this domain back. Thank you in advance.

    Hey there, we had a little technical error trying to join your requests, so: starting fresh, I’ll send an invoice for the renewal price.

    Please take care of that right away. The domain isn’t in redemption yet but will be soon, and that adds more fees.
