All the tabs are not working except the Stats tab. The New Posts, Reader, Notification, My Blogs and Freshly Pressed tabs are not working. What do I do?

If you have AdBlock running please try disabling it.
If you are not using the https:// secure log in please try using it.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/If you are running IE9 in private browsing mode disable that. What it does is reduce the functionailty of the browser to IE7 and IE7 has not been supported since last year.
If you are running Do Not Track Plus (DNT+) or Ghostery please try disabling it.
These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
confirming Flash is updated http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
resetting your router and modem and rebooting your computer
then logging in using the secure https:// log-in see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
trying another browserIf those do not work for you then we need to know
(1) how you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com. The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.(2) exactly which browser and version of it are you using. Hi timethief,
Thanks for replying.
I tried each of the solutions, but unfortunately the tabs are still not working.
I connect to the internet using my laptop. Also, I am not really a tech savvy person so it is a little difficult for me to understand the technicalities involved.
The browser and version I am using is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/536.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/20.0.1132.47 Safari/536.11. Got it from the link you gave me. -
Hi Timethief – same here – I recently started a blog and nothing on the dashboard works. I did what you suggested above and still nothing. Thanks for your assistance. I am using IE9 on my own personal computer.

Hi there,
I’m sorry what I posted did not result in success for you bloggers. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. -
dauntlessdaisy, would you please check in a different browser, like Firefox? http://browsehappy.com/
davidgomez57, would you please make sure that Compatibility Mode is disabled?

Same problem here yet again. This has been a problem for weeks. And now my stats appear to be messed up. They somewhat work with compatibility mode, contrary to what has been advised. Generally WP works better with them off.
However in the past month or so I’ve had to become increasingly creative to get anything to work on here at all. I miss the blog surfer.

ameliespp, would you please check in a different browser, like Firefox? http://browsehappy.com/

Initially, the stats page was working, now even that is not working. Also, whenever I log into my blog account, upon pressing enter it says “this webpage is not available.” I have to refresh the page again and again in order to log into my account.
Please Please resolve this :(

Hey,
All the tabs are now working. I don’t know how it happened. But, thanks a lot for all the help :)

I and other bloggers have seen issues where posts are not appearing in the Reader. I contacted one blogger offline and she said that she hasn’t seen any of my posts in her Reader for weeks. Sounds like the only recourse is to have readers re-follow, which I did in my post today. http://foodandwinehedonist.com/2012/07/17/did-you-miss-me/
Only problem is getting the word out to them. How will they know to do this if they don’t get notification of my post?
