Question about upgrading to premium

Will I lose any progress made while working with the free account if I choose to upgrade my package? When I do choose to upgrade, I need to make sure any content that has been created will still be in place.

I think there will no affect because, Buying more storage or a VideoPress expansion, Your content will be safe and premium is only a package of this kind of upgrades.

Will the same apply when going from the free account to business or premium to business?

This is a peer support forum where we have regular Volunteers who have answered questions for many years. raincoaster and I for example have been here for 8 years and that’s longer than most support staff have even been on staff. We are up close and personal with the support docs and we do tag searches before we enter any thread and post anything into it. Consequently our answers are correct and p[provided quickly.
