I’m in the phase of ‘domain does not offer the option to redeem it yourself it will be removed from your account when it enters the Redemption Period.’ It expired on June 6 because my card info was not updated. Can I please redeem this site and get it back? Thanks

Hey Team, any word on this just yet? I’m getting a little worried. A friend of mine said folks were trying to sell her this domain.

Hi –

The domain can not be sold as it has not yet been cancelled. It is still in the redemption period. We have not heard back yet, and typically that takes 2-3 days.
