purchases disabled

  • I tried to pay once for a premium plan, my card was rejected, and I’m having this message since:
    “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
    I sent an error report many times but no change so far. It’s been more than 12 hours.

  • Hi @essraakhamis7998 we are not able to look into transactions on our end, but I can see that you have an open ticket with our Billing Support team. They’ll review your account and follow up with you in email as soon as they are able. Because it is the weekend here in the US it may be the case that they are not able to reply until Monday.
