Purchases are currently disabled??

    So, I want to upgrade to a Premium Plan but for some reason I can’t pay it. It says like this.. “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” and when I e-mail them I got this thing back.

    What should I do? I need Premium Plan for my purposes and can’t do a thing with a Basic Plan. Nothing makes sense there..
