  I recently purchased a Custom Design upgrade on the Oulipo theme… got the email confirmation, but the site is not allowing me to use the custom fonts. It asks me to purchase again. Any clue on how to resolve this?

  I see that I can’t get a hold of a “happiness rep” until August 15th. That doesn’t make me too happy.

  It should be available now via Appearance -> Custom Design in your blog’s Dashboard.
