profile picture and setting changes

    I can’t seem to upload a profile picture or save changes to other things such as my tag line. Does anyone know why this might be? I can upload photos in blogs and edit other things, just not those

    Hi there!

    Are you trying to change the profile picture and other information on this page? What is the error you are getting?

    If you change your avatar(picture), it may take a few hours to show because of the cache. You may clear your browser’s cache to immediately see the change.

    If the above steps don’t work for you, could you please try switching to another browser or internet connection and see if it helps.
