problem with character encoding

  i changed my page encoding format from utf-8 to utf 16 for turkish language support.. but even my admin panel is down, like my homepage.. i cant edit or view anything. please turn me back asap.

  i still cant use my site.. and still waiting for a solution.
  if possible, please delete my accaunt to let me have the same name again.

  Okay I switched you back to UTF-8 and it seems to be working fine now.
