Can you locate that theme here https://wordpress.com/themes?s=Argentum?
Themes cannot be exported and imported. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You cannot upload any third party or custom themes into a WordPress.COM hosted site unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/pricing
The Business upgrade includes:
• Google analytics
• Footer Credit Options https://en.support.wordpress.com/footer-credits/
• SEO Tools https://en.support.wordpress.com/seo-tools/
• The ability to install most plugins https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ including woocommerce and the ability to install third party themes. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themesIf you do have Business plan upgrade you can access live chat support. When Staff are not available for live chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact you create a thread here. Then you type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Dear Timethief,
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my query. Upon reflection, and reading up on peoples’ advice on wordpress forums I am inclined to keep my site as a blog site rather than website.
I am a professional photographer and for health reasons I now need to develop online marketing of my images. For sales I have developed a website: iain-duncan.pixels.com , but I wish to use my blog to tell people about the thoughts behing the images, and something about myself and my philosophy.
I haven’t paid anything for photoreflectionsblog.wordpress.com ; whenever I try to start editing the appropriate screen comes up but shows perpetual ‘loading’
Some advice on how to overcome this technical problem would be much appreciated, and also whether I should go with a paid plan such as Premium.
Do visit my website if you have time;( the text is a long way from complete but images are all there)- and once again many thanks for your response.
Best wishes,
Iain -
Hi Iain,
Would you be able to let me know if the editor also fails to load in a different browser to Chrome, such as Microsoft Edge or Firefox? If you’re able to load the editor in another browser then there may be a browser extension causing the issue.
We have some general troubleshooting tips for you to go through here, also:
Go through the above and let me know if you’re able to resolve the issue with your editor loading. If not, I’ll be happy to troubleshoot further with you.
As for your questions on getting started: I have some awesome resources to share with you. :) Check out our courses and guides for getting started here:
I’d be happy to help with any questions as they come up too.

Dear Siobhyb,
Many thanks for your prompt response. Happily the problem appears to be solved through my clearing my Browser cache in Chrome.Thank you also for the other links you provided.
