Nameservers are set to WordPress.com
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com -
Since WordPress.com is hosting your DNS , you will need to edit the DNS records here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/probuiltmedford.com/dns/probuiltmedford.com.
Additional information (and instructions) for adding records can be found at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/#add-a-new-dns-record.
Hopefully that helps! Looking forward to your response.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve been trying to do that exactly as you suggested. This is what I see when I go there…blank, grayed out.
-
The grayed out area pulses on and off like it’s trying to populate, but nothing happens.
-
This might be a network problem, but it could also be an endpoint that is taking abnormally long to resolve. What happens if you wait for a minute or two?
-
Nothing happens if I wait…even 10-20 minutes. I’ve tried incognito in Chrome and a different browser…nothing changes. Everything else I connect to is working fine.
