preview problem

  We are still having a problem of whenever someone click on “preview” for a post that is still in draft it comes up as “OOPS! 404
  Page not found, sorry :(“

  Also I have shut off all plugins and tried with the theme I bought and have tried with all the given wordpress themes, which include Twenty-Twelve, Twenty-Thirteen and Twenty-Fourteen. The problem is always the same no matter what.

  Can someone here please help me.

  Hi,

  If you’re using plugins like layerslider, etc. then you’re on a self-hosted WordPress site (referred to as WordPress.org), and not a WordPress.com site, which is what these forums are for.
