Premium Upgrade DOESN'T WORK

I’ve upgraded the plan to PREMIUM, I was charged but it’s not working/applied even after 24 hours of purchase. PLEASE HELP! It’s showing in the billing history but the purchases show only domain purchase and not premium upgrade.

Simply purchased the Premium Upgrade along with domain. I now have a domain but not the upgrade. Also, is there any scope of sharing images here?

Yes, indeed. If you want you can share image/screenshot here if you think it will be helpful to understand your issue in a better way.
However, in your case, staff persons have all the access to check your purchase so there is no need to share the screenshot here. If you still think it will be helpful, please go ahead and follow the steps mentioned in below link to generate and share the screenshot here.
Please upload it to your Media Library or Google Drive, then share the link here so we can take a look.
Also, please be patient while somebody from the staff member will review your case and revert.
