Posts not showing up in Reader

  Hello.

  My posts haven’t been showing up in the Reader recently, and I don’t understand why? I used to get a lot more views and likes but now there is almost nothing. Could it be because I changed my theme?

  Oh, and also my posts don’t show up in the Reader when I search the tags I have been using.
