Post/Comment notifications

    How do I set up a post notifications system? Is there a video available?
    I set one up once and it works fine – but a friends of mine is trying to set up a PNS with my help and we can’t get it to work.

    hi,

    Are you referring to New Post Notifications on the blogs you follow ?
    New Post Notifications from WordPress.com will be sent to the email address registered to your WordPress.com account.
    This Support page provides email settings available for configuration like frequency, format of delivery etc.

    Hi there,

    On what site are you trying to set this up? On WordPress.com this feature exists by default, but if you’re creating a site with the open source WordPress software, you’ll need to use a plugin instead. We recommend the Jepack plugin, which integrates with a WordPress.com account and uses our notification system.
